For over a decade, we've delivered safe, compliant power.

Beyond what we build, we advocate for a healthier industry โ€” and put real energy into electrical-safety education, so customers know what actually keeps them safe and the whole category is pushed to do better.

HOW WE GOT HERE

Eleven years, one principle, zero compromises.

We didn't start out to reform a category. We started selling โ€” and the more we learned about what a power strip really does, the more it became a responsibility we couldn't put down.

2014
THE BEGINNING
It started as a storefront

From the e-commerce wave to a single category.

We began in California like a lot of small businesses โ€” riding the early e-commerce wave, selling electronics on eBay and Amazon. Through a friend, we were introduced to a top-tier power-strip supply chain, and started selling power strips.

It didn't take long to see this category was different. A strip carries live current through a home all day, every day. Get it wrong and the cost isn't a return โ€” it's a fire.

THE RULE
DAY ONE
The line we won't cross

Certified, or we don't sell it.

From our very first listing we set one non-negotiable: every product we sell must carry a safety certification that meets North American standards. No exceptions, no "we'll fix it later."

And we only work with experienced, top-tier manufacturers โ€” OEMs that have built power strips for the North American market for decades, making the same class of products that sit on major U.S. retail shelves.

REFINING
The closer we got, the better they got

From custom orders to true co-development.

From the start, the products carried our brand โ€” built to our spec by our manufacturing partners. As we learned the market, we refined relentlessly: wider outlet spacing, individual switches, the features American users actually asked for. Over time we went further still โ€” moving from customizing existing designs to co-developing new ones, around real needs we heard from real customers.

  • Built-in cable management
  • Fits 16โ€ณ wall-stud spacing
  • Multi-function mount bracket
  • 15Aโ€“20A overload protection
  • Compact 50-ft cord reel
  • Built around real use, not a catalog
RECENT YEARS
THE TURN
As the market raced to the bottom

Cheap, uncertified, and dangerous flooded in.

As more sellers piled in and supply and logistics costs rose, the market took a worrying turn. To win share, many sellers ignored U.S. electrical-safety standards entirely โ€” false claims, no certification, gutted materials, real risk.

Some copied our products on the outside while cutting every corner inside, competing only on price. It's a race that has helped drive a measurable rise in power-strip recalls.

TODAY
THE STAND
We didn't follow it down

Under pressure, we doubled down instead.

The pressure was real โ€” and we didn't budge on quality. Instead of thinning the build to chase the lowest price, we added more feature innovation, kept tightening our standards, and made a longer promise.

18-monthup to 36 monthswarranty โ€” to earn and keep your trust

We're also expanding our B2B business, so more partners can put genuinely safe power on their shelves. We'd rather grow on trust than win on shortcuts.

FACTS, NOT MARKETING

We act on facts โ€” even when the truth markets worse.

The deeper we've gone in this category, the more commercially-driven myths we've found โ€” claims built to sell, not to protect. We'd rather do the unglamorous thing: tell customers what actually keeps them safe, and push the whole category to be better.

01 / WHAT WE PUBLISH

We lead with the numbers that actually reflect protection.

Plenty of marketing in this category leans on figures that look impressive but say little about real safety. One common example: chasing ever-higher joule ratings as a stand-in for surge protection โ€” a number standards bodies like UL have never used to test how well a strip actually protects.

So we put our energy elsewhere: publishing the parameters that matter โ€” VPR (Voltage Protection Rating), response time, protection modes โ€” in plain English, with a safe-use card in every box. Real knowledge, not a number race.

The marketing claim
โ€œMore joules = more protectionโ€

02 / THE CERTIFICATION GAP

In the U.S., a power strip can be sold without ever being certified.

The flood of dangerous strips on U.S. shelves has a root cause: there's no safety gate. Canada, China, and Japan all list power strips as mandatory-certification products โ€” nothing reaches a shelf without it. The U.S. doesn't.

We certify everything we sell anyway โ€” and we're calling on U.S. regulators to make certification mandatory, the way our trading partners already do. Safer products shouldn't be optional.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Four beliefs, backed by paperwork.

Certified, always

If it can't be certified to North American standards, we don't sell it.

Honest specs

What's inside matters more than the number printed on the box.

Built with you

Our best products came from listening to customers, not a catalog.

Educate, don't upsell

An informed buyer is a safer one โ€” so we explain instead of overselling.
